NBCU Upfront/Newfront
I supported the creative and technical execution of an internal NBCUniversal event introducing new audience-measurement technology to advertising stakeholders. The experience was delivered as a live, immersive presentation inside Studio 8H at 30 Rockefeller Center, combining real-time visuals across multiple platforms.
Working closely with the lead content manager, design team, and technical operators, I coordinated digital media assets across a fast-moving live workflow. My role focused on maintaining clarity between creative intent and execution—tracking edit requests, managing asset pipelines through Airtable, and ensuring updates were communicated accurately across teams.
This project required balancing creative iteration with broadcast-level precision. I helped maintain momentum under tight timelines, reduced friction between teams, and supported a smooth live delivery in a high-stakes, technically complex environment.
