AWS re:Invent
Creative Producer — Production Club
Las Vegas, NV
AWS re:Invent (2024 & 2025) is a global technology conference hosting over 60,000 attendees across multiple venues in Las Vegas. As Creative Producer at Production Club, I led production across seven venues, coordinating with clients, vendors, and deliverables across parallel environments.
My role spanned concept alignment through installation, working closely with creative, technical, and production teams to carry ideas into built environments. The work combined experiential & spatial design, motion & print graphics, and lighting & digital media, each with its own timeline, constraints, and stakeholders.
Alongside production, I designed the systems that allowed the work to operate at this scale. I structured workflows across venues and workstreams, aligning teams and deliverables into a coordinated pipeline. I built Airtable trackers to manage assets, content, and timelines, creating visibility across projects and reducing gaps between teams. I also defined communication and reporting structures so information moved clearly and decisions didn’t bottleneck.
The challenge was coordinating complexity across multiple locations and fast-moving timelines while maintaining consistency across environments. By establishing clear systems and shared workflows, the team was able to move efficiently without losing alignment.
This project reflects how I approach large-scale work: not just delivering the outcome, but designing how the work runs so teams can operate with clarity and consistency.
