Creative Producer — Production Club

I lead creative production for AWS re:Invent (2024 & 2025), one of the world’s largest technology conferences, spanning seven Las Vegas hotels and welcoming over 60,000 attendees. My role sits between creative development and execution—supporting teams from early concept through fabrication and on-site installation while protecting creative intent at scale.

Working closely with creative directors, designers, engineers, fabricators, and client stakeholders, I oversee the production of next-generation experiential activations integrating spatial design, motion graphics, print, digital content, and interactive technology. I support early concept alignment, help translate ideas into feasible build strategies, and guide teams through prototyping, iteration, and delivery.

I serve as the primary contact for internal teams, vendors, and AWS partners—facilitating feedback iterations, aligning expectations, and maintaining clarity across disciplines. My work includes managing multi-million-dollar budgets and timelines, overseeing environmental print and digital design pipelines, and leading custom interactive spatial builds that merge physical environments with emerging technology.

This project requires navigating extreme scale, compressed timelines, and complex technical constraints without compromising creative cohesion. By bridging creative vision and production reality, I help teams deliver immersive, intentional environments that feel unified across venues while remaining adaptable on site.
